Terms of service
Last updated: August 28, 2026
These terms cover the site itself: reading it and sending a message through the form. You are not buying anything here. Quotes and contracts for building a website happen separately, over email.
Who runs this site
The site is run by Ksawery Kamiński, a private individual. Contact: kontakt@kamyk.dev.
What you get here
Two services, both free: access to the content of the site, and a contact form for sending me a message.
The agreement for access to the content starts when you open the site and ends when you close it. The form is a one-off service: it ends the moment your message is sent.
Technical requirements
A device with an internet connection and an up-to-date browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled. To receive a reply you need a working email address.
Rules of use
Do not use the form to send unlawful or abusive content, other people's personal data without a legal basis, or anything meant to disrupt the site.
The form limits how many messages can be sent from one IP address. Bulk submissions are rejected.
What happens to your message
Sending the form is not an order and not an offer in the legal sense. It is an enquiry. I reply by email and only then do we agree on scope, timeline and price.
I do not commit to accepting every project.
Complaints
If the form fails or the site misbehaves, write to kontakt@kamyk.dev and describe the problem: what you did, what you expected, what happened. I reply within 14 days.
Copyright
The code, text, layout and graphics of this site are mine. You are welcome to use the site as you would any website, but not to copy it in whole or in part into your own projects without my permission.
Personal data
Covered separately, in the privacy policy.
Changes to these terms
I may change them, for example when the site gets a new feature. A new version applies from the day it is published and the date of the last change is at the top.
