My daily stack is TypeScript, React, Next.js and PostgreSQL. I also reach for Python, Kotlin and Java, and when a project calls for it, I jump into a completely new stack.
My range is wide: full-stack web apps, Android with Jetpack Compose and small games. Right now I am turning side projects into things real people use.

A job for a heat pump installer. Beyond the site itself (services, past jobs, contact) it got an admin panel where staff add new jobs and photos themselves, without calling me first. Plus session-based login and a form that sends enquiries straight to the company inbox. The whole thing runs on the client's own server.
Judging dog shows (ZKwP / FCI) from a phone, live at the ring. Judges sign in with a PIN or a QR code, an assistant runs the ring, an administrator sets up the catalogue and the show. Underneath: a separate API layer for mobile apps, a genetics module, database migrations and tests.
An invite-only PWA for cycle tracking. A monorepo: React and Vite on the front, FastAPI on the back, a shared TypeScript package. JWT auth, a partner mode with its own set of permissions, chat over WebSockets, offline use backed by a request queue, and database migrations.
Planning and tracking teaching-hour allocation in schools. National curriculum frameworks, one instance serving many institutions.

It depends on scope, so I quote every project separately. After a short call about what the site has to do, you get a fixed price and a deadline before I start. No hourly billing, no surprises halfway through.
A simple one-page site usually takes 1-2 weeks from the moment I have your copy and photos. A CMS-backed site, 3-4 weeks. For a web app the timeline depends on the features and we agree on it upfront.
Yes, I help pick both and set everything up. They are registered in your name, so the domain and hosting are yours and you can move the site anywhere later.
With the CMS option, yes: you get an admin panel where you change text and images without touching code. On a simple one-pager I make small edits for you, usually the same day.
On a one-page site I make the content changes for you, on request. A CMS site gives you an admin panel: you log in, fix the text, swap photos, add news. The one-pager is cheaper and faster to build. A CMS starts paying off once you know you will be touching the content more often than once a quarter.
Mostly, yes. A barber, a garage, an accountant, a photographer, a dental practice: in each case one well-built site that shows the offer and makes contact easy is enough. I also build larger systems with an admin panel and a database, but that is a different conversation and a different budget.
Technical SEO is always part of the build: sane heading structure, speed, structured data, a sitemap, correct metadata. Without that Google has no way to understand the site properly. Ranking for competitive phrases is separate, slower work and I will tell you plainly what to expect from it.
